SOLUTION
Our branding design principles brought several key aspects that enabled us to discover the current concept of the ‘missing piece’. We had to create something that relies on the user experience, to show a process and celebrate the culture of a workplace. The missing “I” from the logo is a powerful gesture that shows integration. We can fluently read the brand name have the “I” blended in the “N”. The audience feels its presence, without showing it. All because INCLUSION is a feeling. It comes naturally or it may be just a quest to discover it. Once being part of the system, everything works out, so our intention was exactly this.
